Middle of May now and going South for a change , exploring new waters . Loch Ken is a long narrow loch in Galloway . We had not many clues to start off but nevertheless we all managed a great day on the water with a few fish to show . It was fantastic to catch up with old friends and even better inviting a new one . Home grown garden worms proved the very best on the day . Perch and ruffe in the species tally with a good perch exceeding the 2lb mark .
