Campsie Cottages are close to the villages of Killearn and Balfron and within 2 miles of the Loch Lomond National Park and the West Highland Way. The location is spectacular with views of the Campsie Fells.

The Barn can be booked on a self catering basis or on an individual bed and breakfast basis. The owners have created a lovely three bed roomed cottage with large kitchen, living and dining area that is perfect for a family get away from it all in scenic Scotland. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, one with a walk-in shower and the other two with bath and integral shower.

During your stay, you are welcome to join in with the twice daily routine feeding of our alpacas. A chance to have them eating out of your hand. Ballochruin Farm is a working farm with a growing herd of friendly alpacas, one of Scotland's biggest alpaca herd, which guests are encouraged to get to know.

At Campsie Cottages there are 2 self catering cottages.

Blane cottage is a luxury 2 bedroom self catering cottage with a spacious lounge/dining area which can easily cater for six people if you wish to have guests. And if you order your shopping online prior to your arrival, the owners can fill up the fridge for you. The twin room has an ensuite with shower over bath, double room En-suite has a walk in shower. Menteith Cottage also has the same facilities for guests.

The bed and breakfast facilities are attached to the main farmhouse, but guest have private facilities in luxury surroundings. In the guest lounge there is an open fireplace with a log fire, comfortable sofas and a lovely dining room which overlooks the gardens. The bedrooms have en suite bathrooms comfortable super king size beds and fine linen. The Butterfly Room boasts a 'bath for two' whilst the Orchid Room has a walk-in shower.
