The Atholl Gathering and highland games on Sunday 29th May 2016 within the grounds of Blair Castle, Perthshire, Scotland.

The Atholl Highlanders 'march on' with the pipes & drums watched by His Grace, the Duke of Atholl, Chieftain of the Gathering. A field gun is fired to start the games, which involve traditional events such as wrestling, tug o' war between the band and highlanders and sprints between officers and soldiers of the Atholl Highlanders.
