MS Margaret, Duchess of Argyll, former wife of the Chief of the Clan Campbell, arriving at The Scotch House in Brompton Road, S.W.1 in part of the nation-wide campaign to save the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders from being disbanded. She is received by the Lord Mayor of Westminster and the Mayor of Kensington and Chelsea, is presented with a bouquet by 5 year-old Ruth Ferris, then Pipe Major Bob Hill in regimental regalia pipes her in.
